My home gym is my workout zone as I haven’t physically set foot in a real gym in at least five years. However, this easy to print routine could come in handy for those who swing by their local fitness club before or after work.
As for those who do it all at-home, consider more modified versions of these exercises.
For example, if you don’t have a Smith Machine at your disposal, use barbells instead–start lighter and work up as you gain strength, concentrating on form with each rep.
In any event, it’s always a good idea to arrive at your workout with a plan in hand as you’re more likely to get things done more effectively that way.
