“Insanity” will only take you so far if you don’t develop a health habit for after the 90-days is over.
Having a gym membership is awesome…if you use it.
You have to choose to accept healthy living as a full-time lifestyle—no excuses. That’s the only way to achieve long-term success. If you do it any other way, it’s bullshit, and you will find yourself right back where you started—eventually.
It’s all about making better choices and, little by little, seeing those choices pay off. Period.
