Fit Mommy: You Have to be A Bit “Above Average” to Live Fit


Living a fit lifestyle means different things to different people, but the dedication it takes to—day in and day out—remain true to an exercise regimen, eat healthy, and choose action over excuses, takes a special kind of individual. Why? Because a truly fit-minded person views the decision, to live in such a way, as a lifestyle, not a means to an end.

In other words, it’s not for “bikini season”, that “little black dress”, or  whatever other nonsense fitness magazines scream at you to do it for, but because they’ve bought into the truth that living a healthy lifestyle is the only way to go.

You have to want it. I”m always preaching this concept because it’s true. No one can make you do it. You have to want it for yourself. If you don’t, then you’ll never succeed in the long run.
