Well, I can tell you this much, I didn’t lift any fingers or toes over the weekend—not that I ever truly do. Saturday and Sunday are typically reserved for rest and recuperation and, if I’m really ambitious, food prepping for the following week.
At any rate, this weekend offered the added bonus of some college football! I absolutely love football—pro and college—and trust me when I tell you I got my fair share of the pigskin. That said, it’s back to the business of doing what I do: attempting to take my body and my workouts to new levels.
Last week was pretty good, it wasn’t as over-the-top as the two before it, but I was satisfied with my results based on the circumstances. However, this week, I am looking to find some renewed energy and, hopefully, get back to form.
The kids are out of school for the holiday, but I don’t currently intend to let that stop me from getting down to business—at least that’s what I’m saying as of now. Haha!
