Living Fit Mommy: I’m Fully Committed…

My body is like a canvas so I keep the pedal to the metal as much as possible.

So, last week I worked out without my Heart Rate Monitor (HRM) for the first time in a very, very, very, long time…and it was nice. The pressure to hit a certain caloric number wasn’t as high and I was able to really just focus on my workout. It was a nice change of pace.

Even so, I am still a woman who is absolutely in love with the way her body feels when it’s getting stronger—having soreness the next day is like an orgasm, in fit terms, because I know I did something right—so I will likely re-incorporate my HRM in the near future but, for now, I am satisfied going with the flow and just having fun with my regimen.
