I am an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, mother of two, and wife of one fantastic southern gentleman. I get my kicks from working out, writing, and watching college football—Go Dawgs! In another life, I imagine I’m kind of a big deal but, in this one, I’m just “Kim”.
That said, this blog isn’t about me telling you what to do, it’s about me saying a bit about what has worked for me during my fitness journey, and sharing those experiences—along with a few of my other random thoughts—with you.
